• Carell’s model 305HV CN3-I is a CNC controlled Double Pinch Universal Roll Bender with hydraulic adjustment of both bending rolls, powered rotation of all 3 rolls and lateral guides fully adjustable in all 3 planes. This CNC unit is ideal for rolling standard/special sections plus tube/pipe into complex or simple forms for high volume production. Unit operates horizontally and vertically. CNC allows automatic interpolation between bends.
• Machine is complete with a Universal Telescoping Rolls for bending profiles including angles leg-in and out. Rolls bend flat bar (on flat and on edge), square bar, tees, channel as well as round bar, angles, square and rectangular tube sections.

• Rugged, rigid, one-piece solid steel weldment frame, normalized and precision machined, ample sized access panels and ventilation for internal hydraulic unit
• Larger, high strength steel shafts, heat treated and ground, journaled in dual self aligning spherical roller bearings for optimum performance, loading and efficiency
• Independent hydraulic adjustment of both lower rolls for double pre-bending
• All 3 rolls driven by heavy dimensioned solid stock cut gears, motor/reducer group for efficiency in torque transmission to all rolls, top shaft protected by adjustable clutch system with speed compensation feature
• Hydraulic power unit integral to the machine frame, well ventilated and protected from overload by maximum pressure relief valves and thermal pump motor switchgear with reset control. Solenoid valve bank situated for easy access, coils equipped with LED illumination indicating its activation
• Multi axis, 6 way, fully manually adjustable lateral guides (axial thrust, linear up/down and radial CW/CCW movements) for bending angle iron leg-in and leg-out. Positions readable on graduated scales for precise repeat positioning. Cam follower roller is easily removable if not being used for angle rolling
• Variable speed rotation via electronic digital motor inverter permits creep speed for pre-bending control to high speed pass through of material, sleeplessly variable
• Universal bending rolls with modular components, hardened and wear resistant. Use of components in various configurations permits bending of most all-standard section types including angle iron leg-in and leg-out. Main components, telescoping, allow swift throat width changes for maximizing production. Shaft single keyed for easy tooling changeover
• Forced lubrication system providing full security in the worst possible working conditions
• Machine operates in both horizontal and vertical positions depending on your needs
• Satellite mobile control desk equipped with pushbuttons for all machine movements and CNC Control Graphic Interface w/Industrial PC, USB mouse and additional USB port plus other controls for maximum operator safety and mobility.
