• Description
• The BP-224CNC hydraulic press brake from Baileigh Industrial is has 224 tons of bending pressure and is available in lengths of 10 or 13 feet. This amount of bending pressure is made through the use of a 220 volt three phase motor coupled to a Rexroth® pump. This is a proven system that will last for years in any shop.
• The fully integrated all steel construction of the BP-224CNC, is designed for maximum rigidly and minimum deformation during the bending process. A heavy duty torque tube connects a pair of hydraulic cylinders so that they are synchronized and stay parallel to the bending table at all times.
• All the functions of the back gauge and the bend depth are handled by the Estun® E200 controller. The E200 controller can store up to 40 programs with 25 bends per program and has an accuracy of =/-.01mm. All of the other main electrical components are supplied by Schneider® from Germany except the light curtains and they are from the German brand Fiessler®. The BP-224CNC hydraulic press brake also uses a two speed system for bending. A rapid approach and retract along with a slow bending speed for control reduces cycle time and make the shop more efficient.
• The BP-224CNC comes with a multi vee bottom die and gooseneck punch standard. The punch is attached to the ram with the use of quick change tooling holders.
