• Description
• Midaco’s M264V Industrial CNC Vacuum is engineered to remove oil, liquids, and metal chips from machine tools. Three by-pass motors, working in parallel, generate a high-speed suction. A micro-perforated carbon steel basket inside the bin allows for efficient filtration separating liquids from solids. An external level indicator shows the quantity off the extracted contents. Drain liquid via a 1” manual ball valve situated at the bottom of the tank. The base container easily detaches from its wheeled frame via a manual level and can be conveniently raised and moved with a forklift for easy disposal of the liquids into collection or sediment bins.
• The M264V features a vacuum head with 3 single-phase bypass motors. Material enters the ‘cyclone’ and falls into the container. The filter stops the oily steam generated in the vacuum. Then the liquid is drawn into the 26.4 gallon container and the safety float stops the vacuum when the container is full. The micro-perforated carbon steel basket separates solids and the liquid while the external indicator shows the liquid level in the container. Simply use the 1” valve at the base of the tank for quick draining.
