• Mounted on its own easy wheeling cart, Huth’s model 1674V portable vertical expander equips you to use all existing Huth expanding type tooling with two cylinders oriented vertically. Making expansions quicker and easier to produce. The machine is powered by a 5-horsepower motor giving the 3 ½” cylinder 25,000 lbs of expanding power and the 5” cylinder produces 49,000 lbs of expanding power.
• With the expanding capability of up to 12” (with appropriate tooling) the 1674V can be utilized for a broad range of expansions and end form shapes. The 3 ½” cylinder is equipped with Huth’s Accu-Sizer system for quick, precise expanding every time. The large tray allows you to keep your tooling within easy reach; just wheel the 1674V to where the work is.
