That is where the HB-12016 straight brake from Baileigh Industrial comes in. The HB-12016 is 120" long and will bend 16 gauge mild steel to a maximum of 135 degrees. What this means for a shop is an 8’ sheet will fit corner to corner, which open up a world of possibilities.
• The HB-12014, like all Baileigh Industrial straight brakes, is made using only the highest quality materials. The top beam and bending leaf are made from fully welded plate steel and has support rods for stability. The main pivots, supports and clamp levers are made from high quality cast iron that in then machined to exacting tolerances.
• Other features of the HB-12016 straight brake include a stop rod for repeatability, two heavy duty counter weights to assist when bending full sheets, and a fully welded steel stand that can be bolted to the floor for even more stability.
