• Our Master Blaster Model 500 is a Liquid Bead Blasting system that offers a different variety of possibilities than traditional dry blasting. With the addition of water and the difference in media type, delicate features are preserved and small parts can be cleaned without surface damage. Master Blaster’s unique blend of blast media provides the best finish and a faster cleaning time.
• If you have ever done any type of dry blasting with sand or blasting beads or even used plain sandpaper, you know that it does not leave you a smooth finish. Our liquid borne media will not harm even high tolerance areas of mechanical parts. You can still paint over and cover an item like you would with dry blasting. The difference is that your finish will be smooth, there is no dust or pitting, and the cleaning process can even be quicker, saving time and money!
• The Master Blaster 500 Liquid Bead Blasting Cabinet is designed and produced with the quality to provide many years of use. Attention to detail, quality built parts and an extensive quality control process assure safe and reliable operation.
• The cabinet is complete with an industrial duty blast gun with a custom tip which does not require adjustment, a siphon hose, built-in LED interior work light, large viewing window and sealed rubber gloves for manipulating and holding parts as you clean. The hopper recycles and stores the liquid bead blasting media for reuse or easy removal. Safely blast away paint, rust, corrosion without making a mess around your shop.
• Cabinet weight of 84 lbs. is easy portable and has 4 handles for safely relocating the unit. The base stand is equipped with 4 casters for mobility as needed. A 12 lb. bag of media can last up to 6 months if used daily and over 1 year if used occasionally.
