• The SH-5203-HD from Baileigh Industrial is a heavy duty shear that can take anything you can throw at it. The industrial grade hydraulic system is designed to shear up to ¼" mild steel over its whole length of 52". Designed like the rest of the Baileigh Industrial shear line the SH-5203-HD uses only the best components and building practices to ensure a machine that will outlast you. The frame is made from fully welded plate steel for increased rigidity and prolonged blade life. Blades can be flipped and sharpened many times saving you money.
• Operation of the SH-5203-HD is very simple; just push the foot pedal and the hydraulic hold downs grab the material to ensure a straight cut. The blade drops and shears the material. A control panels allows for rake adjustment, jog/run/stop controls, production counter, and much more. This Heavy duty shear can be run in the jog mode, single cycle mode, or continuous cycling mode. There is also an easy to use adjustable blade gap lever that can be changed in seconds when changing thickness. A convenient shadow line position rounds out the feature of the SH-5203-HD.
